1-866-ASK-MINI answering as BMW Financial?

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting 866-ASK-MINI being answered by BMW financial services? I can't get to my order by phone right now.

Same for me. Reps are actually the same for BMW and MINI, just the phone number and automated system are different. Phone system must be on the fritz.

Called the number twice. First time said BMW financial. Second time Mini.

Hah. Looks like it's back to normal now -- probably you're right, it was a computer glitch.

They are the same company. Lots of the parts in your car are stamped for both, I wouldn't think it would matter.

Of course. It was just that while the computer system was down, you couldn't check your order on the automatic system. No biggie -- I just hadn't seen it before.
