Marine traffic.com show the Tijuca only 40-50 miles from baltimore in Chesapeake bay! Due in on 1/15. Heres hoping they get in tonite and start unloading so I can pick her up next weekend in Indy!
Any idea what "customs release" means on the wallenius cargo tracker? I'm thinking it is like the declaration you fill out on a flight back to the USA after a visit over seas. It showed up three days before arrival date in Baltimore on the wallenius tracker.

 

Cool! Don't recall seeing any customs notations on the WW site when my car came over. Maybe your car is being selected for a full body scan

I started with the white & black Roof ..then The all Coffee look then last minute changed to the Cosmic Blue. Only picked it from the Brochure..did not see one in person.

Do I need to log in...If so I tried and will not let me.

Love the Cosmic Blue. Yes it will show every bit of dirt but it is a stunning color.

No need to login. Try starting from the main WW page rather than the direct link. The T&T page expires and you need to start from home page, refresh won't work. Let me know if you continue to have problems.

 

It's been a while since I've gotten that way....but will try Modern as well.
I figured the Cosmic blue would stand out...as well as all it's dirt. I'm a pretty particular guy...so I guess I'll get my detail gloves out lol

I have a Mac at home & it will not allow me to see the T&T page either. Safari is my browser. But at work, with IE, I can access it. So, that could be part of the problem....Is your car getting ready to board? Mine was completed Wednesday, so I'm just waiting for it to show up on T&T.

 

Use firefox on Mac. My safari doesnt work either neither does safari on iPhone or ipad.

Do you know how long the Countrymans are sitting at the VDC now? Ours hit the US on the 14th, so I'm trying to figure out how long it will be before it's in Portland.

We might have had bad timing on a Friday right before a three day weekend and they might not get processed until Tuesday. I have a feeling that is why the OL hasn't been updated showing ours off the boat yet as they are sitting in the giant parking lot waiting to be processed into the VDC. Hard to know though.

 

Okay, processed Tuesday- does that mean shipped Tuesday/Wednesday? How long will it take to get to Portland?

We were hoping to fly up & collect it on Saturday. Doesn't look good!

 

I was hoping for Monday the 24th and that doesn't look good. Dan, my MA told me to expect Friday the 28th.

The ship(Undine/SWE) carrying our new True Blue/white top All4 R60 has come and gone today from New York port. So, unless she wanted to go back to Austria, she is huddled with the rest of our northeast bound Minis at the VDC awaiting a ride to RI soon!

 

That sucks. My MA is off Friday 28th and will be at the Auto Show on Saturday 29th.

Oh well. We've waited a few months, a couple of weeks won't hurt!

Must mean still in transit to the port via the rail ?

 

Do you have reason to believe that your car has already beel loaded on a vessel? VIN won't show up immediately if it has. What is the status number for your order? What does ASK-MINI or your MA say regarding status? Have you read the threads on how to track your car in this forum or the very comprehensive one that is a sticky in the 1st Gear forum? Sorry to answer your question with more questions but you're not providing enough data to really help you. First thing is to get current status. If anything less than 195 than there is no point searching for your VIN yet.

 

Tracking the Faust...left Southampton 11:30 Pm last evening and crossing the Celtic Sea at a good rate of speed....on its way to Halifax....

 

Just found out today that my Mini Countryman All4 is onboard the Tirranna. Set to arrive in Baltimore Feb 4th. I'm super excited! It's so fun to watch the ship move along it's journey online. :D
