Just traded my '09 MCS for this '12 CMS. While I'll miss the little guy, the new Countryman S immediately solves the "space problems" I was having in my first MINI. (My dog has already given it four paws up.)
So far (two days), I'm pleasantly surprised with how much better the ride is compared to the two-door. Even on run-flat 17s, much less jumping and jarring. I just hope this one turns out to be as trouble-free and reliable as my last one was.

Nice color! I do like silver cars but my current car is silver, which is why I'm going with surf blue for my CMS. Gotta be different.

Interior is pretty monochromatic, but nice, if you like black.

Congrats. We got ours in September and every passenger we have had states "it's not as small as it looks" Very comfortable, great on my back, very controlled ride and handling and for a normally aspirated 1.6L has plenty of power compared to the other cars I have owned over the years. Also not a single issue and 2400 miles. Some people on this forum don't like it cause it is bigger than the MC but in this case a little bit bigger is better.

Here's BlaueReiter: Cosmic blue, black top, chrome exterior, silver bonnet/roof/boot stripes. Replaces our 2009 Cooper S Clubman (long story - will have to post that later). Hope to get/post better pics later too.

Thanks! MINI of Pittsburgh dealer had a local guy do it before I picked it up. I showed them a few pics and described what I wanted - very pleased with the results. More pics later when I get a chance.

(Trying this again because it looks like prev. attempt unsuccessful.)

More pics - I hope you can see the silver stripes better.

Very good install. It looks like both MINI emblems are centered in the stripes. Silver on blue, very sharp.
