Just wanted to say hello to everyone on here. I have been around the forum looking and getting some great information about these awsome cars. I have been on many other car forums and you guys/gals are great. I am glad that I am entering the Mini world and this forum. I should have mine by 10-20-06 and I can't wait. I will post pics when my new Mini S arrives. Now I have to start thinking of a name.....

Until your new baby arrives and you can post some pics, how about giving us some info on him/her ? Color... stripes or no stripes, packages, etc.

By the way that is how my family cleaned up our garage packed completely with boxes and boxes for three years.
First to clean out one half of it overnight I bought my MINI in 2003 then to clean out the rest we bought a new CIVIC sedan two months ago.
Now we have two cars in the garage. Hey those boxes found their way into my bedroom! What the heck.

Wow, thanks for all the replies already. I think I am going to like hanging out here all the time now. Yes these next few days are killing me. I have been logging on here at least 4-5 times a day. I also have a pic of what it will look like from miniusa.com on my dekstop and I love looking at it.
Well my new baby will be Space Blue with silver roof and mirrors with the silver bonnet strips. I am getting silver-gray/black leatherette for the seats with silver trim. The convenience package, cold weather package, and the premium package. I was going to order this on, but the dealer had this car comming in on the 10-20-06, but it won't come with the rims that I wanted. So the dealer is going to let me trade the rims that come with this on for the ones I want since they have a set in the back. I will be getting the 8-spoke pole looking rims with performance tires.
Overall I am very excited and I can't wait to get my car. As soon as I get ir I promise I will post pics for everyone.

Welcome....I know how it is to wait for the mini now I'm waiting for my personalized plates. They seem to take just as long to get as the car!!!! It's definately worth the wait though!!! Take care.
Well the dealer just called me and told me that my mini is here, but I can't have it yet :( It was such a tease too as he left a message on my machine saying that he had great news for me. I called back after work and he informed me that the car is here, but I can't pick it up untill Wednesday after work. At least it is only two more days away and not four, but I can't wait. Now its even harder to wait as now I know my car is here just waiting for me. Hopefully these next two days will fly. As soon as I get it I will be posing some pictures.
