Getting her bed ready
Spent the day, getting her bed ready. It will be all nice, clean & neat
.
Wondering if I should get a blanket for her? Pink
or a soft blue
would look nice.
Geeze, I can here the wife now, going out to the garage and see her wrapped in a blanket!

I picked Scrat up from MINI of Peabody this past Friday. Unfortunately, due to a snafu with the NH DMV, I wasn't able to get it registered until this evening. Let the motoring commence!

Nice to be driving
a automobile that is not like the majority on the road. We are having a ball and have already put over 300 miles on her. Now she is resting in the garage with her companion.
Have a great weekend............
Have a great weekend............
I am in the LA area as well. Mine arrived at the docks on the 10th and at the dealer on the 16th. I got to go down and sign papers and see it though I won't pick it up until Monday evening. They had to wait for parts for the roof rack to come in Saturday. They only had two months to order and get the parts. The parts didn't come in until the afternoon
, so they were not able to get it installed this weekend
. I don't want them rushing anyway when they are cutting into my roof. So I'll pick it up Monday. Tuesday I am having Lo-Jack, tint and a clearbra installed. Then I will be motoring.

It's worth the wait!!!.
SanibelJune
Thanks for the input Sanibeljune. My MINI is traveling to Miami and I have trying to find out how long its going to take. I can't wait becuase it will help make drive to work fun since I live in Miami and work just east of Sawgrass Mall.
Well I didn't pick it up today. They managed to scratch the roof while installing the roof rack. Looks like it has a date with the spray booth. I had to cancel all of the installs since I don't know when I will get the car now. Its been 2 months. Whats a few more days?
Well, I picked up the car last night. It still has the scratch on the roof. It has several swirls marks and fine scratches on the roof as well. It also has a nick in the drivers door. It has a couple of appointments in the next week for Lo-Jack, tint and clear bra, then its back to the body shop to have the roof repainted and the door fixed. I am interested to see what the roof looks like under the roof rack. When it goes in for the repaint, I will not have the rack on it. I imagine that there is bare metal under it. For all this hassle and the delay, they are kindly giving me a hat and a key chain. How about an extended service. Something worth while. Oh, and they mis-programed the doors. They turned off the convenience function on the doors and windows. I only gave them a printout showing how I wanted it programmed. Otherwise I love the car. The biggest bummer is that I had to give it up to the wife today. Soon this will all be over and I will finally be able to enjoy the car.
Another week 41
Here's Wensleydale, completed Oct 23 and delivered to the dealer Nov 11th, picked her up Nov 14th. Everything from the sale, order, tracking, post sale have been perfect. The car was flawless, no scratches, dings, stains. The only problem was with the alarm install, the sunroof and windows would not open off the remote. Sent over to the tech where it was "fixed", once business was taken care of I drove home to find the alarm did not engage. Back to the dealer the next day, off to the tech and back she came, fully functional !
I purchased her through Tate of Annapolis and from a sales standpoint I give them a perfect 10
Since no service has yet to be performed.....I will wait to rate them later...
Cheers,
Mike
