Hey Brad,

Thanks for sharing pic of MW, she a good looking ship and after unloading tomorrow I will be the first to say to her "Job well done".

I might have to mark my target date for delivery to 10/17/06.

You're all welcome! I was looking for more info on the SC port and stumbled on that pic! Thought us obsessed people would enjoy it!

Namvette, I'm pretty much hoping for no later than the 19th or 20th. I think I should have no problem getting Gus for our trip home to Michigan the weekend of the 20th!

Hi

Mine left Halifax. Was kinda cool being able to see the little triangle sitting in port. wasnt there for more than 2-3 hours. This would be a good school trip for kids to watch the ships and cargo and stuff.

Nope, Port of Charleston has a nice tracking page.
The Wind is at UP, the Union Pier.

Spoke to my MA this morning, he expects Silver Bean to be on his lot on Tuesday. I will be out of town but will re-route my flight to land closer to the dealership (it's about 3 hours away for me). I am psyched!

You beat me too it! I was just going to post the same info and thought, hum, I better read a few posts up to make sure someone else didn't do it already!

I cannot stand it! I want it NOW! This is the worst knowing it's on dry land, in the US and not to me yet!!!!! :impatient :impatient :impatient

This is going to be the wrost part of the wait I think! I hope my dealership gets my chrome exhaust and security system installed fast!

I CAN'T WAIT!

Mini Vdc

Hello all.

This is a link to the MINI VDC video that you can find online at the OL. I tried for days to view it and the link wasn't working...When it finally worked I thought I'd post it here on NAM. It's only a 50 second teaser but at least you get to see what your MINI's will be going though! I was impressed with the driver who backed it up onto the trailer!

Enjoy,
Brad

That's cool, must be a tough job driving a Mini all day!
I was looking for a dockside camera view at Charleston, hoping to get an early peek.

Is Grover on the INTEGRITY? I looked at the manifest, and none of the cars showed a load time of 11:54.

Regardless, my car finally made it onto a boat (INTEGRITY), almost four weeks to the day since it showed up to the docks the *first* time. Hopefully all the VIN issues have been taken care of.

Small world - the INTEGRITY is the same boat that brought my wife's MCSC over in May, and now it's bringing my MCSC in October!

Supposed to be! Where are you looking... Mine is showing when I search by VIN, but also when I search by booking number, it comes up in a long list. I'm on this Voyage:

EB640-ITG

I'm glad your car is finally on its way... I don't know what I would have become if I had to wait any extra time like you did.

<edit> - RevMini are you on?

I searched by Booking Number (GBSOU463734), and then selected "printer-friendly list" to see all 188 cars. I didn't see any that were "loaded on vessel" at 11:54, but we may be looking at slightly different lists.

Anyway, our cars are on the same boat and should hit the States on the 15th!

Gordo is loaded on the Integrity

Only 2 weeks to SC and then 1 more week until I get to drive him. Target date for offical ownership is Oct. 30th. Sooner would be better. Just maybe by the 27th or 28th.

i have a slightly different booking number... GBSOU463738 maybe they do different booking numbers for different groups of cars or different parts of the ship. as long as my status stays the same when the ship sails, i'm happy!

That makes sense (the different booking number thing). I wondered why there were only 188 MINIs in my "group".

I am in St. Paul, MN. My MA said 1 week or less from port to showroom. I don't know how long dealer prep will take. I am having stripes, clear bra and a chrome gas cap put on my MC. Don't know how long that will take? Hopefully not too long. I guess now I just have to cool it until it reaches port. then I can start getting geared up for arrival.
