I tried to do a search to see if there were any other posts like this, but couldn't find anything.

The idea of the thread is to post the actual number of days from your production date (or estimated completion date as "the voice" refers to it) to the day you first picked up your MINI. Here is the format that I think might work best:

Production date - May 2nd, 2006
Actual pick-up date - June 7th, 2006
Pick-up location - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Total Time - 36 days

So, anyone out there who has taken delivery of their MINI that can remember these dates, please post them for others to see! I think this might give those waiting for their MINI an idea of what they might be able to expect. (The BULLDOG has an estimated completion date of June 14th and I can't wait for it to arrive...I thought this might help pass the time)

The day you actually pick up your Mini is irrelevant to the data you seek. Some people may not be able to pick up their Mini after it arrives at the dealership for some time, maybe a week or more. So for the purpose of your survey, the date the car arrives at the dealership is the more relevant date, which in the majority of cases is the date the owner picks it up.
