Looks like my MC/PW arrives at dealership (Massachusetts) Friday with pick-up next week. Ordered 7 May. Production completed on June1.

 

Wow that was fast, my MC/HB/B was completed on same date and I *think* I'm still out at sea.

 

Lucky you. That is terrific. Ah, the benefits of living in the East Coast. Tell us about it, and take some pics. Congrats again

 

My completion date is 5/30, but my mini is still somewhere in the ocean!!

Thanks to all for your positive comments. By nature I'm a cynic . . . so I'll believe it when I sit in it!!

I'm suppose to hear from my MA Friday (he's getting married this weekend!) - so I'll keep you up-to-date.

Congrats, Gomphus! Hey, Chumley and USA, any word from your respective MAs as to which ship you are on?

 

Arlington, TX. Not sure where my car is, it's not showing up on any tracking now, but supposedly it's en route. No idea what ship or any dates though.

 

I'm making a bad assumption that mine is on the Toronto. Just sent an email to my MA. I will be picking mine up in LA and then driving up the pch and 101. Can't wait

Just call me dealership, they told me my car will arrive at west coast port on 7/1, and it takes about 5 more days to get the car ready for me.

I work from my home office and needless to say I haven't done much work in the last 36 hours. Everytime I get behind the wheel I find a new toy. And the Mrs. likes our new ride more than I do. Here's a small confession. I PW/MC over to a quiet parking lot this evening . . .got out and walked around and around the car. Ridiculous??

MA did not provide me with departure date. Gave me bill of lading and other info. Yes, hopefully we are on the same boat, but I won't pick mine up til 7/15 in LA, as I have a wedding to attend down there. Fly down, drive up 101 on Sunday. Just counting the days.. is it here yet.

Gomphus, just keep admiring your baby.. and give it a couple of sighs, ooohs and aahhhs for us, til we get outs.

USA, I haven't heard one thing. My MA says I'm supposed to hit California on 7/1, but I really think the two of us were on the NYK Lyra Leader which should have been in Port Hueneme this past weekend. Have you heard anything from your MA?

My MA just called, he said the car has arrived in san diego, it will take 10-15 days to move the car to bay area, check and clean it before delivery!!
Too bad, still cant drive it on july 4 :(
Call your MA again, I bet he will tell you your baby also just arrived.

 

Woo hoo!!!!! That is sooo exciting. Sorry that you won't have it for the 4th, although lots of people seem to get theirs much quicker after it arrives than they think they will. Are you sure it arrived in San Diego? I thought the VDC was in Port Hueneme.
