My MCS is in production!!
Ever since I got my production # (on the 1st) I've been calling ASKMINI every day waiting to find out my scheduled production week, fearing I wouldn't make it before the plant shuts down for 3 weeks in January. Well, last night I called up, assuming to hear the same old "Your MINI is scheduled for production, with no production date set. If you would like me to repeat this, say 'repeat'". but no! this time I got...
"Your MINI is in production, with an estimated completion date of: December 15"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called up MINI of Mountain View, and Jeff told me that after it's done, it will sit in the bay for about 7 days, followed by a 22-day boat ride, so I should have it by mid-January!! I'm so stoked, the original quote was that I wouldn't get it until late February or even March!
...sooo, I have no idea what "production week" I'm in, any help?

.....22 day boat ride??? Are they going around Cape Horn??
I think its closer to 2 weeks, especially now that Hurricane season is over...
