Hi all,

I'm new to this site. I've been a user of Mini2 since I ordered my 05 MCS back in Oct 04. I received it back in April (see pic). Specs: 6-speed; Hyper Blue/Black; Hyper Blue dash; anthracite headliner; Sport, Premium, Winter, and Convenience packages; LSD; black leather; chromeline interior, HK, silver R99 wheels; checkered mirror caps; factory alarm. Getting ready to mod it a bit. Can't decide on which intake...Alta or JCW. I'm also getting to ready to mount a new set of R84 V-spokes (x-lites as they're called in Europe) with Dunlop run flat winter tires. I may keep the R84s on after winter and mount summer tires (and sell the R99s). R84s are so much lighter, provide better ride quality, and allow the suspension to work better. Anyway, love my MINI!

BTW, I'm US military stationed in Germany. My local BMW/MINI dealer is Autohaus Schaefer (Mini-Clubsport ... http://www.autohausschaefer.de/mini-clubsport/) Check them out...they rule the Nurburgring.

Hi Stevie B, Welcome to NAM.:smile: Really nice MINI you have there! I have had my MINI only a few weeks so I'm not much help on suggesting which air intake to go with. I'll bet others may have some advice for you after tonight's game.
