I didn't see ASC+T : Automatic Stability Control + Traction control on your list for Gen 2.

My Gen 2, 2008 MC has ASC+T according to the factory data sheet and an ASC OFF button just forward of manual shifter.

 

Luckily for me, this is the 4th post I've read. I signed up earlier today. Thanks for the tips.

Research shows the official designation is B63

 

Soooo....what is the R code for the 3rd gen Mini Cooper and Cooper S? And what about the new 5-door hardtop?

 

Nevermind, I figured it out. They're no longer R codes, but F codes: F56 for the 3-door hardtop, and F55 for the 5-door hardtop.

 

Ok I did some updating to the list....hopefully it’s squared away for a while.

Not 100% sure but I believe Midnight Black and Midnight Black Metallic are the same. So MB would be your answer. Thanks for sending the link to the library of motoring that’s helpful.

Note that Gen 1 and Gen 2 cars are R series. Gen 3 cars are F series...

 

My recently ordered JCW 2dr HT https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...t-ordered.html comes in a "melting silver" base color. I didn't see that one on your list.
