Hello everyone, I am proud to be a new forum member. I bought my wife a 2012 Mini S Coupe, she loves it and we look forward to keeping it for years. It has the red brake warning light on and will not reset using all 5 reset methods. I guess my next step is pull the wheels and inspect the brakes and change the sensors? Does this seem logical? Any and all help will be appreciated.

 

If the sensor is tripped, chances are the pads are low. If the sensor is tripped, the light won't reset until the sensor is replaced.
