Brake light

My brake light and service reminder won't reset. I just did pads/rotors/stainless lines. I googled the Instructions but it didnt work. Any advice?

Did the brake wear sensor go off before you changed the pads? If so, you have to replace the sensor. They are located on the left front and right rear brake pads. Either one wearing away will cause the light to go on, and then the sensor must be replaced. (or you can just cut the head of the sensor and short the two wires together to complete the circuit. But then there is no pad wear sensor...)

Just replaced the sensors and reset the brake pad indicators but the "brake" light is still lit red. Any ways to reset the actual light?
