SnakeFart has entered the building...

its not actually as bad as most people think but im new here and came from minimania. i was invited to join this forum after the yalla yalla ride in denver about 1 month ago. and i hate to say it but i was the only classic mini to show for the whole thing. some of you might remember me from that ride. i think ill have a good time here.

also if anyone is interested Second Creek Raceway is having an open track until the first of the year go down and make a donation to start building the new race track!

That's right! I love the Classic Minis. First Sunday of each month we (at least some of us in San Diego area) meet with the Classics in our "new MINIS" for breakfast and have a good time eating and then standing around talking and showing our cars. I never did like "show and tell" in school but then we didn't even have Minis when I was a kid.

Enjoy this form. I learn a lot from reading different things posted here. Like MODS Some a little ratical: samller pulley, CAI, ECU, etc. some not so ratical: auto up windows , Whalen shift ****, Alta short shifter, etc.

Welcome. I have been here for a few months and still visit the Minimania board, only not as frequently as I used to in the past. Although I have made several good friends on that board, there is just too much drama for me at times. This board is great, the people are great, and it is moderated for those rare times that it is needed. I am happy to see that the classic owner roster is growing here because I feel like a lone wolf (NOT werewolf) at times.

Welcome SnakeFart!!!! Rick, that sig picture just kills me everytime I see it...you never really notice the true difference in size until you actually see the two generations side by side (or front to front in your case)

Okay, I just gotta admit, I love your name, and classi MINIs rule, although I'm way too tall to drive one! Six foot 1 inch just isn't a comperable height for a classic MINI! ACK!!!! I sat in one and was cramped!!! I can say that I have ridden in one! WOO HOO !!!!

I am the hame height (6' 1") and 235lbs and have absolutely no trouble in the classic Mini. There is actually an incredible amount of room but it is a little hard to get in and out!

Yeah, I can understand that one! Maybe something was up with his seat and I couldn't get it back any farther!

Hey Michelle,

You may be right about the seat. Try it again. Catch us at the Dragon in May with BO, our classic Mini. Be glad to let you take a spin. David is 6'4 and drove from Knoxville to Rockford Ill and back last summer for West Meets East Mini Meet. Here is BO with Cooper and his classmates stuffed in. As you can see, lotsa room.

The kids also squished into Casper the new MINI. Not as many kids fit in.
I guess it was the cupholders

Sorry for hijacking your introductory thread Mr. Fart. Or may we call you Snake?
