Greetings from Tucson....

Good day people I am Marcos, I am located in Tucson. Recently I bought a 2005 Mini Cooper S hardtop coupe. This is JCW edition. It has 106,000 miles I really love it such an amazing machine. I just to own a 328i but I think this is even better (in my opinion) so, I happy to find this webpage before I suscribe I find a lot of ideas and solve many questions regarding Minis.

have a nice week everybody.

Welcome to the forum and the MINI experience. I would expect the MINI to be a heck of a lot more fun on the back roads and the BMW more comfortable on the highway. Post some pictures.

I bought this from a guy in California. He never said it was a JCW. The dealer said is not :( but it looks like somebody put an extra money into it. Anyways... it looks like is just an S.
it has air box, injectors, badge, valve cover, SC cover and exhaust JCW. I do not know about the SC pulley size... it’s around 106,000 miles. Pretty good for me and fun to drive everyday I like it very much.

Great looking MINI. All indications are that it is a JCW model. It has the proper exhaust and badging in the engine compartment. I'm curious to know why the dealer would say it's not a JCW. Have fun!

thanks men, they insert the key on a computer and they “read” the car information... I guess it’s like a VIN decoder...
