Locking bolt key help?

I just recieved my used 2008 mini cooper. I was going to change the rims out but there is a lock nut. I found where it should be housed but it isnt there. Does anybody know either how much a new one is, or a way to take them off?

Bring it to a tire shop, They should be able to take them off.

If you have the factory MINI locks then you should be able to stop by a dealer and have them remove them, or a shop like ours as we have a set of the keys for them.

They are about ten bucks and you can usually get them from a tire dealer.
