Welcome to NAM
Hello from Guam
I came across the NAM website while looking for tech support for the Mellow Yellow R56 which my wife and I bought this past week. Mini coopers are starting to show up on Guam. a few came with military coming to Guam temporarily, but now more locals are buying mini's. I really enjoy the forums and the good information and friendly chat.

Hi Folks,
I went looking for information to help me diagnose a noise, and found this group.
From what I've seen so far I think I made a good find.
Now I have to hunt down somebody here to tell me what's making this model airplane sound in my Mini Cooper!
81,000 miles and it just now started making this odd annoying noise.
My wife and I love the car still after six years and plan to keep it going as long as possible.

Hi,
I am new to the forum, I own a 2003 Mini Cooper, waited 8 months for it to arrive back in 2002. I started autoxing my Mini this year and would love to get some advice from other autoxers out there. I havent done anything to the car except adding harnesses, nothing under the hood or to the suspension...yet!
I am in San Francisco and I race out in Marina, CA. Hope to meet some cool fellow Mini owners who might also be interested in autoxing.

Hello from Mississippi,
I'm new to the site. My wife and I just bought a 2005 MCS Cabrio, 6 speed in Cool Blue and we love it. It's got a couple of issues I have to work through like the horn fuse keeps blowing...? Oh well, not letting that spoil the fun that's for sure.

Welcome! Hope you get the horn fixed (I start with the horn under the hood looking for shorts and it could be the horn itself. Have you tried disconnecting the horn? If it does not happen when disconnected replace the horn. Most auto parts store sell replacement horns (unless you are choosy about the sound).

You will be a certifiable MiniAC soon - Welcome!
Sounds like a great pair of rides!
New to NAM, but not the marque
Hi group. I just joined, but have been enjoying my '06 S for three years. I am forced to sell the stick shift car due to a left knee problem, but not to fear! I have ordered a new Cooper S with an auto. My first car with an automatic trans, but it's still a Cooper!
Happy to hear your are still addicted!
MINI - CA and CO
I am really glad that NAM exists. Thank you for posting this new thread yesterday that welcomes new guests such as myself. I have been selling MINI Coopers of all types over the last year and a half at South Bay BMW/MINI in California and now at Ralph Schomp MINI in Colorado and I have worked with co-workers who have taught me many things that they have learned on NAM. I am excited to now be a part of NAM with them and with you. I intend to create a knowledge base for myself with which I can answer many of the questions that NAM users have. Welcome to all of the other newcomers and I look forward to connecting with many of you on NAM and in Colorado. Motor On!!

Hello to everybody! First time MINI owner. Had it delivered on Friday. My wife loves it. Unfortunately it came with only one key so that means a trip to the dealer with checkbook in hand,
.. But no worries, the car looks great.
