My 2017 Clubman S ALL4 just finished being built earlier this week and according to ASK-MINI it is on its way right now to the port of exit in Southampton.

This will be my first MINI ever and I'm ridiculously excited because I've been wanting the Clubman for about a year now (had to wait to finish out my current lease).

Almost everything except for the full park assistance and the driver assist package. I also skipped the JCW exterior and interior packages and they impacted some other options that I wasn't willing to give up.

Sounds like a great set-up my 1st mini was a Clubman. The wait is worth it, I just started my 3rd.

I got word word this morning that my car is on the train to the port of exit. I looked at the boat shipping schedules and then next one leaves Tuesday May 23rd. Hoping it makes it on that one, but I'm not sure how quickly they go from being at port to scheduled on a boat.

My MINI got in the ship this morning! ASK MINI didn't have confirmation yet, but I was able to locate my VIN on the shipping carrier website that it had been loaded on!

Due in NYC by June 2nd and hopefully in my hands not long after that.

 

It sucks for us to wait for our babies LOL
I hope she come quickly to you now!
remember: Like expecting grand parents, we are waiting to see the new arrival!

 

It is just the long wait, knowing where it is and tracking it... waiting.

Very nice... thanks for sharing the pics with us! What are you going to do about the front license plate? Will you drill the holes or not?

 

I'm afraid I'll do the front plate. I tried going with no front plate on a car years back and where I live they'll pull you over for no front plate even if you're doing nothing else wrong.

I had a 2006 Acura TL years ago and driving to work at 6:45AM I was pulled over simply for not having a front license plate. Annoying!

I got so distracted absolutely loving my MINI that I didn't post more pics after picking her up.

Here is a pic at the dealer and then this evening after her first wash. I got a ton of bugs on the car from driving on the highway over the weekend a bit and couldn't wait to wash them all off.

Such an amazing car. I'm love taking it for a drive.
