New R53 owner from So Cal!
Hi everyone.
Just purchased an 03 Cooper S that is super clean and ready to be modded. Can't wait to get started on it. I've been in motorsports for 15 years now and have modified every vehicle I have owned. I have a sickness haha

There is an immense amount of information on your model of car between the threads, the members and the vendors. If you have not already done so may I suggest that you visit the Gen1 section of the forum. In that section there are over 16,000 threads in the R53 section and almost 6,000 on drivetrain modifications.
You might even find some things that you had no idea you could do to your car.
Oh, and a Gen1 Mini is not too bad if I may say so myself.
