New member from the Netherlands!

Hi guys,

I've been reading quite some topics on the forums and thought it might be polite to properly introduce myself, since i've already read a lot of useful stuff here and thought i might be of help to you as well somewhere in the future

Name is Otto, 22 yrs old and live in the Netherlands.
I'm a happy owner of a Cooper R53 JCW GP 218 with 30k miles since a week and i absolutely love it, it's amazing how such a small car can be faster than a lot of sportier cars!

My previous car was a Volvo C30 D5 and it was a brilliant car, good mileage, power (upped from 180hp to 270hp and a small 600nm) and nobody expected it to be so rapid as it was!

I sold it, because here in Holland diesel running costs are expensive and they tend to get cheaper the more you run and since i don't drive as much as i expected, i traded it in for a nice petrol Mini :D

If anyone wants to add, ask, comment , etc, feel free!

Otto

Welcome to NAM, Otto! I knew someone with that name before. Not too common. Got any pictures of your GP for us? Those are some low miles!

Welcome and nice car! One question, though... do you know how/why your face lift car ended up with a two spoke steering wheel?

Zandvoort and Assen are two famous ones. Also the home of most famous driver in F1 since last Sunday.

Welcome, and nice JCW tuning kit, also looks like you have the driver side / passenger side Euro parcel shelf. And i can see the manual headlight switch on it. You also have the rear fog lights. Very Nice options.

ECS, are those options as rare in the UK, or the Netherlands, as they are in the US... and is it still a Euro parcel shelf, or just a parcel shelf?
