Hi guys, it's been 2 weeks owning my 2012 mini cooper S coupe. I'm loving the mini life, not to mention the coupe model. Man the coupe is so much fun to drive, it's a head Turner everyday! I'm really lucky and glad I was able to find this beauty out here in beautiful mile high denver colorado. Can't wait to take it up to the mountains and casinos!!! Any other new R58 owners? Chime in. Glad to be apart of this great mini community and loving this Lil bullet of mine

Need more pics, as an R58 onwer also , I think its a head turner because there are not too many around, most people dont know they exist or even think its a MINI, also the lines on the Coupe have really grown on me.
One time some person in a parking lot came up to me and said "nice Porsche" kind of smiled and said , thanks but its a MINI Coupe' , they said they thought it was a new Boxster or something. I guess its that side window sill that's is somewhat shared.

+1 , when I drive the R52 with the top up , then look at the R58 , I love the line on the Coupe' , wish the r52 had that . I think my R52 looks so much better with the top down. The R58 feels like a little rocket you are tucked in, while the R52 feels like a go kart, with the top down its a very open experience like a motorcycle with 4 wheels.
When you get in front of someone at the light , if you get really good adjusting the motorized rear wing at stop , you can wave to the people behind you or drive them crazy by putting it up and down.

Ha ha ha I will have to try that out. But yeah they are just amazing vehicles. I love my coupe and wouldn't have it any other way
You got a great day for the drive today. Won't be quite as nice the next couple of days out there. Nice looking R58. You'll get plenty of compliments with that color combination.
Do they still keep Loveland Pass open in the Winter now that everyone uses the Eisenhower Tunnel?
