Howzit from Cape Town, South Africa

Hi everyone!!

Recently purchased a 07 Cooper S.
Intention is for my daughter to start using to learn how to drive soon as she gets her learner's license.
Although I must admit that i really enjoy driving it. Great fun and really quick!
My other 2 cars are both BMW. One being an 2013 X5 3.0d Performance edition, that being the wifes car, and mine is the 2014 M135i.

Here are some pics of the mini. I will be doing some cosmetics soon. As u can see I have had the wheels done in ferric grey.

I have read and already learn't so much from this forum. I look fwd to my stay.

Hey it's a nice looking car in your gallery of pictures!

Observation....some pictures show a MINI with standard rims...others have the black rims...more info on the rims please?

Hi there.

The one with the silver rims is what originally was on the car.
The darker rims are the same rims but have just been powder coated in Ferric Grey.
It is the same colour u get on the BMW rims.

Some of the cosmetics so far

So...I have been doing some cosmetics slowly but surely. Here are some pics of what I have done so far.
I will still be doing the checkered pattern on the roof, mirrors and also the front quarter panels.
Add to that, the interior will door panels and big silver bits will also be done in the carbon.
Then I will get started on the audio side of things.

Enjoy the pics!!
