Hello everyone.
Ordered my first 2014 MCS F56 a week ago and I can already tell the wait is going to be excruciating!
I know there are some production delays on HK sound and contrasting roofs.

I have not been this excited about a car in quite some time.
this forum is already a wealth of information which I am already learning so much.
So thanks in advance for your knowledge and I look forward to sharing my experience.

Its only been about 10 days and I am at the "Vehicle is scheduled for production, with no known production date"...

Hello AJW.I know how you feel about the wait.do not count on the owners lounge info on your car.My 2014 mcs hardtop was ordered april 5th. I am still showing scheduled for production ... My motoring advisor says my car will be built week 21(may 24) and can expect late june delivery.Yes,contrasting roof and HK audio.Stay in touch with the dealer,they are your best friend!!Lots of great info and people on this site.Good luck

When you call ASKMINI..do you actually speak to a live person? I,ll assume its too early for me to get a production date.
My MA said most likely looking at 10 weeks..Hopefully early in July..

You have the option of talking to a real person. I recommend it as the automated system can lag far behind at times.

 

When you call the mini hotline you get an automated update or you can talk to a live person. The 2 times i called they were clueless.From what i understand they are nothing more than an answering service with only info that mini supplys(or wants us to know)!!

So I guess I should give it a few weeks.
My MA did tell me that she gave me a spot in their "dealer" order. I don't know if that will speed things up.

Yes,
Black roof, pretty much fully loaded. I did not get the camera. I had it in my Infiniti and I never really cared for it. I trust my eyes more than the camera!!

What did you order on yours?

 

Pretty much loaded,all pkgs. auto/paddles,cold weather,comfort access,storage pkg.,deep blue,black roof,bonnet stripe.I cant stand this waiting!!!

 

Oh yeah no camera,park assist .I drive a hazmat truck for a living.if i cant back up a mini we are all in trouble!! Dan

 

Sounds beautiful. I did not do the storage package..it was an afterthought..I hope I don't regret it.
