"Those waiting for a 2014" Support Group
updated status
order placed 4 Jan
awaiting production 24 Jan
production completed 6 Feb
awaiting transport 7 Feb
"scheduled for production without an estimated production date??? aka lost" 15 Feb
at port awaiting ship 19 Feb
they found my car sitting in southhampton - so it seems the 72 hour estimated time frame for awaiting transport/ship is almost a best case scenario and it can actually be several weeks
best to try to forget about it till it gets here but that is difficult at times

You could try going to this site https://att.2wglobal.com/gstattweb/o...ckSearchResult and entering your VIN number in the cargo ID field to see if your MINI is been booked onto a WW ship.
Thank you so much. This community is so helpful.
Tampadave: Yes it brings back memories. I'm shocked at how this thread almost totally dried up after the holidays. We had 30+ NAM members waiting for their 2014 cars, exchanging info, sharing their status and shipping updates, etc. Hope you're doing well and getting ready for your move to FL.
I've got about 3 more weeks until the snow melts enough to get my Roadster out of it's winter hibernation in our back barn (at least its been keeping my Harley company).

Ordered my Midnight Black Mini Cooper S Roadster, Damian III, on April 1st. Scheduled completion date is May 13th. Does anyone know when the next ship leaves after that? I'm really hoping to get my new baby by the end of May.
Hey guys! We move to Florida next month. We close on our VA home on June 23rd, then close on the new home in Belleair, FL, four days later. For the past month, we've been unbelievable busy. After we sold our house (private sale), we flew the next weekend to Florida to check out a house on Zillow.com. We signed a contract that weekend.
I have 2,180 miles on John Bull now, so the 992 mile drive to Florida will make him happy.

Dave: Congrats on the quick sale and purchase transaction. The market in VA and FL must be better than the Midwest! You'll definitely get more top down miles in your new home. You've got about 400 more miles on John Bull than mine, and the weather has been too cold and rainy to enjoy much top down driving this spring (48 degrees and drizzling this morning after 5 days of rain).
Best wishes in your new home state!

VA as in Virginia. My Buyer and I both are getting VA loans. He locked at 3.875% (30 year fixed rate) and I locked at 4.00% for the same term a week later.
