I'm hoping my paceman shows up wednesday or thursday instead of friday. Otherwise I'll probably have to wait until after thanksgiving to get the hand controls installed.

 

My MA just texted me and the clubbie just arrived at the dealership wohoooooo!!!
It's getting prepped and hopefully I can pick it up tonight. Pics to follow...

 

Hooray! I'm thinking of calling my MA each day and asking if it's there yet.

btw, here's the old ride... it was a mixed emotion when I left the dealership last night...

 

oh, btw my clubman s did NOT come with the bonnet insulation.
I will ask my MA if he can get it for me free of charge.

 

My Clubman is waiting for me at the dealership. Won't be able to get there until Saturday but then what's a little more time right? Funny once she was ready to be picked up from the factory I just stopped checking until bam! I got the call that she came in.

Not soon enough. I'm turning in my 07 Rabbit. It will be hard. It was the first car I enjoyed driving..

 

I fully understand. To this day, I miss my first MGB. My Roadster is a great facsimile, but I will never forget my first British ragtop.

How have you been? I hope everything is going well with your new MINI! Mine is awesome! I only have 400 miles on John Bull, but each mile is memorable. Glad to see RavenGirl is finally getting her MINI. She's waited quite a while and she seems to be a really nice young lady. I truly hope she enjoys her MINI after such a long wait.

Need to swap out the rearview for the homelink/compass mirror, and the dealer will be activating the sat radio. Other then that, I'm leaving this car alone.
