hi from across the pond

hi all at NAM!
having owned bimmers for the last several years i thought it was time for a change. i was a regular on bimmerforums (the U.S version) at it was very informative and saved me a heap of cash when it came to looking after my car. the UK bimmerforums was a bit ***** by comparison.

i bought myself a 2002 coopers in electric blue with black roof, stock with no mods whatsoever. just as a weekend toy to mess around with in my spare time.
mods so far:

dave.f hybrid filter
brembo max rotors all round
"A" pillar gauge pod with boost and water temp gauges
16% KAVS reduced pulley
de-chromed scuttles, fuel cap, beltline, headlight rings, hood and hatch badges and door handles
aero style grille
blueflame exhaust
blue led lighting
D2 racing suspension
powerflex poly bushes at rear
17" alessio wheels with hankook ventus evo v12 rubber
rear wiper deleted

to go with the de-chrome theme i have now refurbed my rims black, i tried to open the headlight to "joey" them but there is no way it is going to happen. door handles were easier to do than i have read, some had trouble getting them out, i thought it was easy.
