I'm Tiffany and I recently acquired a 2006 Astro Black Metallic/Silver JCW Mini. Right now she's stock but I've quickly acquired the mod bug so that might last for another week.

 

new mini driver in PA with a JCW sounds like some one else who is new and just posted . i actually saw your post and confused it with mine.

Welcome to both of you... I have an 06 MCS JCW Checkmate it was my first MINI and I love it... In my opinion the R53's are the best way to go if your planning on doing heavy modding plus I like that there smaller then the R56 my buddy has one and his sits like 2 inches higher then mine its like a 4X4 MINI lol anyway welcome aboard theres a lot of good stuff on this forum and everyones really helpful so just ask... =)

This is the day I bought it. The STi belongs to my SO.

Pretty much the only day it hasn't rained since I bought it.

 

Nice MINI!! I love the Raider-esque paint scheme. Silver and Black!

 

My previous 2002 MCS was the opposite, pure silver with a black roof. Nice car!

 

I'm still jealous of the 06 JCW owners since my 06 didn't come with that package Good choice to both of you have some motoring fun in your new rides
