"Those waiting for a 2013" Support Group
Spent half the day watching the webcams at the Panama Canal so i could see the Toledo carry my baby to the Pacific. Grabbed a ton of screen shots and than created an 18 second time lapse video of the Toledo passing through the first set of locks. I will upload video of the 2nd set tomorrow. Here is a link to the Gatun locks video from this morning: http://www.mcerlains.com/toledo.MOV
Hello Minians!
I've received notice this week that my mini's been shipped off and I've been tracking the boat (Morning Concert) through the link that was given to me. Anyone else on this boat? and, realistically, how long does it take to travel halfway across the world? They gave me an estimated date of arrival of 08/08, and it left the port around 07/20.
Here's the link they gave me, is there one better that others are currently using for tracking?

Hi TG
If you are on the MINI Owner's Lounge TG you can get your VIN! After you click "Where is my baby?" the last item is "Review Order Detail". You will see your Production number and then right underneath that is your VIN.
Then you can go to the WW site and enter your VIN number and confirm which vessel you are on. I almost forgot. Put the VIN under Cargo ID.

Hi to all! A new mini owner here. My wife just bought me my first mini. 2012 JCW R55. You could call it a Christmas in July present. So far its been three days of driving bliss. Looking forward to doing some car shows, and maybe a dragon two.

Sweet tug I was going to do this but other obligation (darn work wanting me to do stuff they just doing get it sometimes lol) I was not able to do this. This is cool I can show my kids they didn't understand why a boat needs to go through "locks". My youngest asked if our Mini has keys to all of them and if it cares them inside to unlock the locks them hahaha.
Yep... trying not to think about it too much. Fortunately, my job is helping with that today... damn busy day!
I don't think you'll have any problem spotting me in the crowd tomorrow.

16 days as of today.
And nope, never owned a MINI, never even saw one, what do they look like any way ??

Try this link I think it better cause you get updates every 99 sec. It is like watching paint dry but being this is not paint and you can just leave it running in the background and check in every so often. You'll want to put in you ships name.

I guess there's a point where too much information is no good, Ha ha!
