Tulane hasn't reported in since May 09, or in other words, just after it left port. :(

Picked up the All4 today. Two Mini's in the family now. Love these things.Attachment 75253
just got an e-mail response from my MA, he said I should be able to get my car before I leave on June 9! :D he said it would be 3-5 business days from when it arrived stateside, or at least that's what the e-mail appeared to indicate
Super agree, that website sucks dog-doo. 50% of the time I can't get it to work right on Chrome.. (my only choice for flash on a Macbook air..). Dead links, bad formatting.. flash only.. (same goes for the main Mini page).. needless multi. user names and passwords..
That said, its still somewhat cool for tracking. Far, far better than any other OEM's order portal (which, other OEMs don't even have..)
I think my only real criticism is the lack of cookie based authentication. Having to login every time, THEN go to tracking. But hey.
This was my third MINI so is have to log in, then select which MINI in the system profile for me, then select track. I'd have loved to have been able to bookmark the tracking login window.
Thing is, once you've done this a few times, the OL is the weakest link and not very useful. Once you know your production date, tracking via shipper etc is more effective and you can predict, close to the day, the delivery of the car. Mine was delayed at port for a few weeks but that was obvious from lack of manifest listing. Didn't need the OL to tell me.
As said above, it sure beats the alternative from most brands.

I just checked WW's Track and Trace for my car on the Tamesis to Baltimore and it says its in Baltimore with a status of Released to Customs. It was supposed to arrive the 18th or 19th. I guess I need to check to see if the boat arrived at the Port of Baltimore.
Is there a number showing in the "Status Quantity" column?
The Tamesis is still out in the open ocean and the voyage info shows an ETA in Baltimore of the 19th. Four days from Southampton to the US would be about twice as fast as the ship can sail. Maybe the car has been pre-cleared through Customs, or something.
Thanks. Tamesis ETA has changed to the 21st now instead of the 19th. Guess I will schedule to pick up my car on the 28th when I return from Florida.
Adios folks...picked up our Mini yesterday. Big thanks to my MA Maria Makris (she was excellent from the first call, ordering our Mini, and keeping me in the loop and Patrick Mini in Schaumberg Il. The car was well worth the wait!
Well I hope they at least send you a photo of the car to while you are out of town.
The Mignon made it to Halifax on schedule so should be hitting NJ in 2 days. It'll be nice to know my MINI arrived safely even if I won't be able to pick it up until the 30th at the earliest.
I'm on Tamesis, too. And on the first screen, it says ETA is 5/21, but if you click on the Voyage Number, it says it arrives Baltimore 5/19 and leaves Baltimore for Savannah 5/21. Hopefully Tamesis is on schedule and will arrive on Sunday!!
The trip through Panama Canal takes a minimum of 21 days.
Congrats on your order! Share the details of your order! As far as timing, you can add a month on to my dates below since mine was estimated to complete exactly one month before yours (on the 23rd), plus about 10 additional days to get to the West coast.
Wow, your ordered date was exactly one month ahead of me too! I ordered something very basic: Hardtop in kite blue, black roof/mirror, auto transmission, xenon lamps, 5-star twin spoke wheels...I think that's about it. Might wanna switch out the mirror caps to yellow ones. Ugh, the wait is killing me!
@chrisorbit
Wow, good looking Mini w/nice stripes! Congrats!
I think I am gonna lose my mind...pretty soon...
I just don't understand why mine is still not on the ship...
(well, unless my MA is still kept in the dark...)
Mine arrived @ port of exit on the 29th...still no news...no
records found on WW site...
It is very hard to hear people say theirs made it on the ship
when mine was there few days before theirs.............sigh.....
I really really hope mine is already sailing across the ocean...
instead of sitting at the port...waiting for the next ship to
Baltimore...but who knows...
