Looks like my car's brother/sister. The exterior is the same expect for the stripes and wheels.

It has 72,000 miles
Has the extended maint contract through 100,000 miles but expires in April 2012, Ohh well...

Premium and sport package with sport chrono gauges

Seller just had the water pump and front wheel bearing replaced at the stealership.

All records of service since day one.

I noticed she has gone through a lot of wiper blade refills.
My old 05 Jetta GLI still had the original blades and worked fine.

Interesting story about the guy that purchased my VW
He has the same name as me
His girlfriend has the same name as my younger daughter that also works at Flow Mini.

Got a quick question, is it Ok to hit the rev limiter in 2nd or 3rd once in a while to clear out the carbon?

Not sure how durable the motor is at high RPM vs. the 911- (when warmed up it is suggested to redline at least once during an extended drive)

Also, the speed is deceiving, I felt like I was traveling at 50 when in fact I was going 70

I run mine up on the revs occasionally and it's ok.
I can be driving and check the speedo and I'm going 70 in a 50 so I've got to really watch it.
Congrats on the new Mini.

Well I hit the rev limiter in 2nd & 3rd this morning merging with 75 MPH traffic and was glad it is a "soft" limiter.

In the Porsche, it scares the c**p out of me every time. It feels like I hit a brick wall and the seat belt helps keep me from smacking into the steering wheel.
