OL's Delivery Date - Seeking Experiences

Hey Folks,

I'm seeking out what other's people experiences have been regarding the delivery date in Owner's Lounge.

I ask because my delivery date has changed from August 9th, to July 30th (along with everyone else that had a 2012 waiting at the VDC).

I am wondering what the past experiences have been regarding the date listed in OL and the date that the dealership actually has the car ready for you to pick up.

My first delivery date was July 4, then July 12. My MINI finally arrived at the dealer July 19.

My original delivery date was July 1, then June 30. I believe it got to the dealer on the 30th, but too late to prep it for me to pick up on the 30th, and we were out of town from the 1st to the 4th. There was a phone message from my MA telling me it was ready when we got back. I picked it up on the 5th.
