Took Friday off to spend some quality time with little "Wicked"

good job on all points! it's great to think ahead. however, as most people in this thread are aware, I am a clean freak regarding Winston. With that said, you didn't mention any detail supplies ready? I'll assume you're going to take care of that yourself, being that you'll have plenty of storage, etc for things when your daughter moves out?

And I agree - who would change their mind (unless they financially have to?).... i'll have some corn with you while you wait...

Speaking of cleaning, I finally went through the Mini bag we got when we picked up Purrl to find some cleaning supplies. Wonder if Winston gets cleaned with that stuff. I'm too lazy to go to my room to find out what it's called.... OK, it's Original Mini CareProducts. We got Car Wash Shampoo and Interior Cleaner with fresh smell.

Lucky you! I didn't get any swag whatsoever, remember? I had to go out and buy my own supplies. I've been using Meguiar's and Mother's products but recently bought Prima car care products. Have only tried "slick" so far because I just received it all yesterday.

Don't worry Pumpkinhead, i'm applying a coat of armor for when I take Winston out and you're circling overhead

I watched Top Gear the other night. They had MINI's on there and they were doing some obstacle course or something and they had to avoid someone in a miniature army tank fitted with paintball guns It was really funny!

Looks like the next ship out is the MIGNON of the WW Line on July 30, I know it is going to Calif, but it might be stopping on the Atlantic side before it goes through the canal. K-Lines seem to make more stops on the Atlantic side.

Hey xenor. My Countryman is also at the port awaiting transport to Georgia. I had hoped it would make it onto the Fidelio, which sailed today, but the WW site shows "no records found" when I enter my VIN into cargo ID.

Almost.....
Got a call from my MA - it appears that the service grunts had attached the front license plate frame on the center of the bumper- even though there were instructions not to do it because I planned to use the tow hook spot to mount the front plate...

So now there are two holes in my new bumper....

I emailed him back and said that they needed to make it right -since they screwed up... I suggested the find another Midnight Black and swap the bumper skin...

Got a email back that they were half done with the swap

So it should be perfect

Wow! At least they're making it right. Maybe you should contact mine and pumpkinhead's dealers to see if you can get us some free swag

Still can't wait to see this one. Haven't seen an all black one delivered in a while?

Ohhhhh! Let me know how you like the Prima stuff! Did you find the info on the detail thread for non-OCs? That thread has turned into the detailer's dream thread! I read through most of it and had so many details swimming through my head! Ugh! I have only used Meguair's and some Zimol gloss. Viv hasn't been rained on lately but my dang crepe myrtle has been giving off sap and Viv has a nice coat of it on her windshield. I think mother nature is jealous of Viv's good looks and is out to ruin her!!! Also....a huge bird poop dropped on the hood....was that you PMPKNHD??

Hello Everyone

Hi all! I am a newbie. I just ordered my black CM Cooper yesterday! It's been 1 day and I am already impatient! In the meantime I need to come up with a name for my baby. Looking forward to talking with you all.

I know how you feel and how you will feel tomorrow. I seriously felt like a little kid at Christmas picking up Winston so anxious for pics of this one!
