Hey all! I am a Richmond VA resident and, Just this past Saturday, pick up my first MINI. It is a Pepper White 2009 Cooper JCW with 16000 miles. This car is in a word, AWESOME. It was a little over my price range, but the Chevy dealer I found it at had no idea what options it actually had and WAY under priced it. I had to take it before someone else did. I don't have any other photos yet beyond these from the dealer site, though; too busy motoring!!!

 

Very nice! Sounds like you got a nice deal. Used JCW's are hard to come by and JCW's with the JCW aero kit are extremely rare in the used market. Welcome to NAM. Enjoy your new JCW!

Heheh... to quote the mini dealership I dealt with.
ME: "looks like a Nice S cabrio, is that a JCW badge I see"
Dealer:"Nope it is just an S, but in really good shape"
Me: "Ok well I will buy it unseen, I'll get my bank to call you"

10 minutes later after my bank locks in the sale.
Dealer: "Just calling you to tell you we looked up the VIN, dealer added the JCW unit after sale, about 6 months after purchase."
Me: "Bonus!"

Sometimes even the dealers who do nothing but MINI, have NO idea what they have.

I think I may have the JCW suspension. The coil springs are red, but I am not sure how I can tell. Anybody have any suggestions?

LOVE THIS MINI! I think I am going to get a badge holder and put an Star Wars Imperial Logo on it cause I think it looks like a Mini Stormtrooper.
