hi all!
Twitchie here! signed a 2005 Mini Cooper Auto( I'm assuming its an R50?) for the wifie
Blue with white accents, had it since October of last year.We're out in CT in the lower east corner of the state.

She absolutely loves it. Ive driven it a couple times and its fun.

So far:
Found the Aux driving light kit on it when we bought it.
Tinted the windows.
i installed an aftermarket Pioneer HU .
leak from the roof, (antenna was loose, fixed)
run flats were replaced with i believe Nexens(sp)

issues:
found a wire running from the antenna all the way to the kick panel under the steering wheel( was cut) not sure what that does.
airbag light goes on and off on its own. lol
when i pulled the relay for the AUX lights( green 8 pin under the steering wheel) the head unit turned off when the high beams were turned on. lol

so i have some reading to do.Im new to the Mini world but i have had my car ('02 Is300) for a few years with a long list done.

Newbie here too! Plus me and the family are moving to CT this summer from Houston. I just bought a 09 JCW Clubman. It is in Phily and I have to fly up there to pick it up in a couple of weeks.

 

N.L.! we sold our Condo in 09( in N.L.) and moved to Uncasville.

Welcome...I am in Cos Cob, CT. I have a 08 MCSC and will be swapping out for a 11 JCW next week. There are loads of Minis around here.

 

I used to live in Westport and frequented Greenwich/Cos Cob area frequently.Lots of great restaurants in that area and of course sooo close to the "city that never sleeps".
