Hey everyone. I just picked up my first MINI a week ago. I picked up an 07 Cooper S. It is Chili Red w/ Black roof and black hood stripes. Manual w/ Adaptive Xenon lights. Came with appropriately 39,000 on the Odometer. Bought it at MINI of Orlando from Kent. Awesome guy and what a fun car!! I have just been looking around at some mods. Wanting to get an intake first and foremost. I like the Alta Cold Air Intake System and was hoping to get some feed back. also looking at the JWC all black grill and driving lights. WEll just wanted to say hello.

Exactlly! Only thing different is my stripes are diagonal instead of straight on the hood and my headlight housing is not black. I wish they were but guess it is only the new ones. Where is the best place to get the parts you have?

We need more Mini's in FL.

 

There is something called a "Joey Mod" that you can do to get the blacked out light effect. I know nothing about it except it can involve an oven. You can do a search here on NAM though. Good luck!
