Hi folks, new to the forum... I own a 2010 MINI Cooper S Laurel edition that has it's lease coming due and i'm trying to decide if it's worth it for me to buy the car outright. So I found this forum and figured there would be a lot of helpful advice here on how to determine the value of a Laurel.

IMO buying off a lease is almost never worth it. The residual is usually more than most used cars of the same vintage are going for on the Mini Next market.

Usually I would agree, however this is a limited edition car with 8k miles in mint condition... just wondering if i'm making a mistake turning it in.

 

Welcome to NAM. I'm no expect on leases, but I'm sure that some of our members here will steer you in the right direction. Keep us posted on the outcome.

 

Beautiful MINI. If you know the MINI in and out and it has been good to you IMO keep it.

What's a Laurel Edition? Yea, I know........but can't help it....blonde thing.

WOW!!! I say keep it!!! Seriously........there def has to be a way to negotiate a fair deal. If not, let me know where you are turning it in.
