New owner of a 2002 Mini Cooper S

My silver and black 2002 Cooper S would have to be one of the best handling cars I have ever owned.... Now for the MODS.....

Thank you for the great welcome. It took me a minute to figure our which forum to join looks like I picked the right one....
Where to start with the mods.... as far as I know the only item that this car was given was a drop in K&N air filter... Any suggestion on mods would be greatly appreciated... I am looking for a more responsive gas pedal and better stopping power to begin with.... Maybe not in that order though
