Not so new.....Mini in south philly..

ive been on here for a lil while now..and have gotten some great help and direction on here..but never officially introduced myself...im Bobby...i live in south philly... i have a '03 MCS in Snow White/Black....just did my first mod upgrades...Alta header/cat, Alta Cat back in black powder coat with a 6' oval, Alta 2.0 CAI.....next im trying to decide on what SC pulley to go with...any input would be greatly appreciated. im thinking about 15% for now and a mild tune...but id like to go a lil more extreme....but i don't wanna sacrifice daily drivability...any other Philly/JRZ mini guys or girls wanna hang out sometime..talk shop..or share interests? LoL

Snow white/black? Did you have it painted? MINI's white is Pepper White. But a pure white, like snow or alpine would be killer on a MINI.

The stock ignition coil and wires are plenty good. Lots of people make loads of power on the stock ignitions system. A different range plug could help though once you get your sc pulley installed.

Glad that you decided to become more active.

Yes, that is pretty sharp. I always thought that would look good.
Are you planning on any stripes or other graphics?

ty....i dont think so...i kinda like the way it looks now. if i get a CF hood. i might do the center of the hood going from the scoop back in the CF and paint the rest white. only thing im gonna add...is rims painted black (unless i find an aftermarket set i love). once i get some new tires...trying to decide on what tire....weather to do run flats or not. you cant see in the pics..but ALL tail lights, marker lights and front turn signals are blacked out and the mini symbols are smoked out ....and changed to 80w hyper yellow fog light bulbs...its a nice compliment to the HIDs...considering convering the head light lenses with hyper yellow Lumar...but idk....

Thanks for the info. I'll try something different next time. Is there a place that's better or are they pretty much generic?
BTW Nice MINI! Must be tough to find right now with all the snow!

Wow, I figured Geno's and Pat's were more like tourist traps but I'll gladly try them all! I know one of the things I'm doing this summer!! Thanks for the local recommendations.

Amazing job they did with the paint. MINI definitely should have offered Alpine White. It looks spectacular.
