I have been lurking on the site for about a week now, my husband surprised me and ordered my dream car on 12/4. Thanks to the great information on the site I learned it has been scheduled for production in Week 2. Not soon enough, but I guess it will do!

Hopefully by mid to late February I will be driving in style in an:

Convenience Package
16" Bridge Spoke
Chrome Line exterior and mirror caps
Auto air
Leather Carbon Punch in Black

Right now, I am thinking of naming it Little Bruiser since it will be black and blue!

We have 2 kids that still ride in boosters, anyone else have any experience with child seats, do they fit well in the back?

I have been obsessing over the car for almost a year now, and I think my husband got tired of me sending over my latest configuration!

Yes it was! I am currently going to school and we made a deal that we would order one once I completed 60 hours. I am currently at 52, so he really surprised me. He intended to wait until Christmas to spill the beans, but he couldn't wait! I think he is just as excited. I kinda wish he would have waited until Christmas, the waiting is killing me!

 

That is a nice reward! I don't think I could have kept it a secret either for that long! Yes the waiting is the hardest part but it is worth it! Hang in there!

 

You'll have a 50th anniversary MINI....have fun w/ it!!! OB is awesome!!

It didn't even strike me that the '09 MINI's are 50th Anniversary cars until today.

You'd think they'd make a special edition MINI for the occasion.
