Guess I'll be the first. Not sure if I should start this off with "My name is Scott and I'm an addict..." but I've ordered MINI #3 and got a build date of week 50. I just got my second MINI in May but soon started wishing I'd waited for a factory JCW. I was still on the fence until I got to test drive one a couple weeks ago. I didn't beat on it as it was brand new, but even at 4K rpms, the power/torque difference was hugely noticeable. So anyways, my MA took my order over the phone last Thursday, Week 50 build, delivery around mid-January. CR/CR JCW hardtop.

I feel your pain on waiting; have a production number, supposedly for the first week in December, but since I am overseas, the number isn't visible in the US Mini webpage, so don't have an exact production date locked down yet. Could have had it sooner but wanted the Sport package so keeping my fingers crossed.

 

The CDR of 105 also may have a 49 or 50!

 

Does he know about NAM? I talk to you tomorrow at work about this

Ok, have you guys looked at your Owners Lounge info lately? I was slated for build week 49 and I just noticed that my Clubman is already awaiting transport!! Looks like they are ahead of schedule.

 

That article is from Oct. 14. I beleive the factory is now closing Dec 7 until Jan 5. At least that is what my MA stated.

I hope you don't have to wait until then!!
