All aboard the Courage | July 28 2008

I am at the terminal awaiting the Courage on July 28. This will be a fast trip over since it is not stopping at NYC and is instead going straight to Charleston for the first stop! I will be unloaded in CHS on August 6. Anyone else in line to board?

Charleston Booking number: GBSOU659418

Here, you can see a pic of the Courage in the background.

No, really, that's a very rare occurrence. You'll have better luck.

Oops, that would be a shame. Maybe that's why the courage no longer stops up there

Actually, this damage was done at sea, so it could really happen to any vessel.

Found this pic, although I think it looks like a p-shop job:

Here's what she looks like when upright. Hope it doesn't rust all the way thru in the next 2 weeks:

Once your VIN is in their database, it will come up in a search under Auto Cargo. The booking number is on the tracking info screen once your VIN search is successful. The booking number is specific to that vessel and arrival port. Therefore, the booking number I have is for my car and 49 others being unloaded in Charleston. There are plenty of other vehicles being unloaded in Brunswick and Baltimore. However, I think ALL MINIs go to NYC, Charleston, or California because those are the only three VDCs for MINI here. I don't know that for sure though.

Well, it appears that the Courage has set sail from Southampton. Unfortunately it never showed up on any AIS so I could not get a picture from the webcam because I never knew it made it to port. However, the WW website shows that the Courage has departed Southampton already so she's on schedule so far. Doesn't seem like we have too many NAM'mers on board this voyage.

Hi NSX---how did you find out what VINs are traveling on Courage?? My MINI was completed on 7/18 and MINI USA keeps telling me I'm at the port, but I know I'm to arrive Charleston. You guys are tracking FIENDS!!!

The VINs I show above are associated with a certain booking number. See below.

It is very possible that you took the "Southern Highway" which left port on 7/25 I think. This is a k-line vessel so you won't be able to track it so well. (This one vessel has apparently been hired by WW to drop cargo in NYC, so for this particular voyage to this one port the tracking info shows on the WW website).

Well it appears the Courage has not made it to southampton after all. WW just update their schedule and it just left Rotterdam. Supposed to be in and out of Southampton today. She arrived about 2AM EDT so hopefully she's getting loaded up.
