my order for a clubman is in for a week 27 build.

it's still listed as "on order"

the online tracking deal does not list the ipod/bluetooth option as being included. it's on my order sheet and in the price i'm paying.

i asked my MA and he said it would definitely be included.

should i be worried ? everything else on the website looks correct

From my reading the specifics of the Owner's Lounge, it can take up to two weeks to see any change in status on your order. I have a production number but am still waiting for a production date.

 

Yes, the OL is wrong all the time, especially initially. If your MA says it's good, then it probably is. I don't blame you for double-checking though, and I'd keep watch to make sure it's right. Better safe than sorry.

 

It's probably right, but you are right about checking! I noticed my roof and mirrors were black. I remembered my MA saying that they needed to be white to do the checkerboard I wanted, and sure enough the MA had to change the order (or actually reorder).

 

You can get more up-to-date status by calling 866-ASK-MINI. I'm not sure if they can confirm your order or not but remember, some things will be dealer installed and not reflected anywhere else.

 

My experience was that the OL took about 4 days to get updated. If it goes more than a week I'd be calling!

 

Seems like teh Bluetooth/ipod/usb option does not show up in the owners lounge, I ordered it, have it on my car, (car is still at dealers) but it never showed up in the owners lounge.

I think you'll be fine.
