Click on this link: www.2wglobal.com/www/customerCentre/cargoTrackingLaunchPage.htm
Put your VIN number into the Cargo ID box, then push the Track button... if it says it can find your cargo, then you are not currently scheduled for a WW Cargo vessel... you might be on a K-Line vessel, but there is no way to find out or search the K-Line ships.

Keep checking with your MA and see if he/she has a date for when it will be at a VDC location... my MA had that even though he did not know what ship it was on.

My new MCSCm was reported as Awaiting Transportation on June 1. I checked the WW schedule and saw the Tombarra was the next vessel to call at Bremerhaven (from where Countrymen are shipped) on June 5.

But it wasn't until Tombarra had already departed Bremerhaven (today) before my VIN showed up on the manifest. And the OL still lists it as Awaiting Transportation. I had already feared that Tombarra was fully booked and my MINI was going to have to wait for the next voyage to Port Hueneme (Asian Emperor) departing June 16. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when the Track and Trace finally showed her on the Tombarra.

Patience.

Understandable, it does look confusing.
What that is a shipping log for the KLine carriers. Going by the date, port of departure, port of entry etc. it is sometimes possible to predict which ship a car would be on. KLine just plain stinks for tracking.

If you have to feel free to go over their head to their boss. If needed call the dealerships owner. You have a right to know where your investment is. You may even get somewhere by calling the MINI USA corporate Headquarters.
It's one thing to say that it's still waiting transport and another thing to say Duh...........I don't know!

MV Tombarra is leaving Southampton today, bound for Port Hueneme (ETA June 27). She is loaded with MINIs from the UK and Countrymen from Bremerhaven. So if you're a West Coast customer with a late May production date, your vehicle may be on this vessel.

My CM has been at the port a few days 'Awaiting exit'. I hope it makes the Asian King vessel (WW) leaving tmrw toward NY. Its a 9 day cruise (arrives in NJ on 6/20). That would be enough time for be to use my Take Down cert. (fingers crossed for a safe voyage & good timing).
Guess I'll know in a day or so if 'Sylvester' has set sail

I'm glad you didn't name it Gilligan!
Sylvester wouldn't happen to be Black and White would he?
