I'm a prospective MINI buyer. Currently I am looking for a nice used MC manual. I really hope to jump into one soon.
I'm being forced to sell my 2002 Stage2 Subaru WRX that I deeply love, since it's becoming too expensive to run this car as a daily driver. Family and kids will do that to you
Mini was my first obvious choice to have a fun little car that will be still plenty of joy to drive while cutting the "operating costs". I fell in love with MINIs when I had one as a rental about 4 years ago. I've never had as much fun in other car than mine than I had in this MINI although it was automatic.
So, i'm looking to buy some nice MINI, prefferably from 2005 or 2006 with up to 30k miles, so if you have one let me know.

A side note here: I've been a member to many auto forums and I find it really easy to browse through a "for sale" section if there is a state code at the begining of each "for sale" thread. I noticed that NM does not utilize this "rule" and it's really hard to find a potential add without going through all of them. It's just a suggestion but it would be much easier if for sale threads had a title like this for example:
FS: IL, 2006 MCS, red, with 30k miles, great options etc.
It will be much easier to identify something that is in my state and may interest me.

So I got my MINI today
I picked up Yellow 06 MC with black hood stripes from International Autos in Milwaukee WI.
The car has just little over 20k miles and plenty of warranty left. It's not the WRX i'm still used to but it's plenty of fun and doesn't push me to drive fast. I like it.
