My MINI was built on the 19th and apparently made it to the docks shortly there after... But, it sounds like it will be sitting in South Hampton till 4/1 at 11:35am.

A quick check of the Patriot shows it currently in New York City... so obviously its on the wrong side of the pond to accommodate a speedy delivery to Charleston SC.

This is all interesting to me... I guess I've always taken the shipping industry totally for granted, this is the first time I've actually ever tracked anything delivered to me via ship... My first impression is that, like with most things involving logistics, it's all well organized...

Additionally, it appears that these ships don't have much downtime... which would make a lot of sense... a huge piece of equipment like that probably has to keep moving to pay for itself... they must have a couple crews that change out ever trip or so... does anyone know... just curious?
