Hello, My name is Dawn from Fresno, CA. Got my first Mini almost a week ago. I'm totally in love! Didn't go through the custom order thing, but found exactly what I wanted through a car broker and only had to wait 2 weeks. '08 MC, PW/B, piano black interior (love it! So clean!), auto, premium package, convenience package. Test drove a MCS and figured I'd get too many speeding tickets (seriously), since I commute to SF every week. But we'll see, this MC is pretty zippy as is. Also, thought the mileage would be a little better -- which was my reason for buying a new car.

Anyway, found NAM when Googling how to find out if my Treo 650 was supported. Found the answer, plus other important info like using premium gasoline (haven't read all my manuals yet, so good tip). So this site is a great, welcomed resource! Thanks, everyone!

Never really thought of naming my cars -- although I do refer my Tundra dbl cab as "big bertha" sometimes (but I need her to tow my Airstream -- my first love!). I dunno, maybe "Bambi 2". We'll see. I so love my new little car!

BTW, does anyone have a suggestion on what to use to clean/condition the piano black interior?
