5 days of quality checks and still not done

I wonder what they screwed up on it. did they put the body on backwards? steering wheel on wrong side? 5 days and still not done.BS

I am assuming your car is stuck at the vdc? If it is then hopefully you have better luck than I did:

You know, as absolutely devastating and downright crazy that is, it's a good thing they even told you. In the last year I've come across 4 customer cars with major damage from shipping that was never even mentioned. :(

If I understand correctly, I think what he's saying is his car already finished production about 5 days ago but has not been transported to the docks yet. There could be some problem somewhere. Usually they transport the cars to the docks within a day or two after finishing production.

Call your MA

Call your MA...I waited way too long before I pushed the issue. Once pushed the sales manager found out that my car was damaged at the port. If you can't get your MA to help you call the sales manager. In my experience the sales manager has more clout to get to the bottom of things.
I still do not know what was damaged but rather than waiting to see I re-ordered.

Funny thing the original one I ordered ended up on the same boat with the newly ordered one
