Finally committed...

Hi guys and gals, I've been reading on this fourm for about two weeks now and everything and everyone seems to be very helpful. I just left a deposit for my 07 Pepper White Mini S Manual today, it should get here about late Nov. or mid December.

My Specs:
Pepper white
Manual
LSD
Xenons
arm rest

I'm looking forward to it, been in the market for about a month doing research and test driving the Mini, golf GTI, and couple japanese cars. I actually a Honda guy, love them, had them all my life but lately Hondas just don't make them like they use to.

I'm looking forward to the Mini and learning a lot form this site.

Cya around...

Feng

I too was looking at the Honda Civic Si, Scion tC, and VW GTI, but they just didn't grab my heart the way driving the MINI did. Hated shifting the GTI.

Welcome to NAM and your MINI when you have it.

MINIs are great cars, lots of fun things to do and when you get outside the major cities you don't see yourself coming and going.

i just realized if i got a civic si, i know for sure i'd upgrade or change the car in the ext three to four years. but something about the the mini S made me feel i didn't have to change for a long time, maybe never so thats how i decided on the mini.

I think that Honda, Mazda, Toyota, and Mitsubishi all make great cars, but they lack character. I own a Mini, Land Rover, and Triumph. All have their own quirks, but they all have character.

funny you say they're all from england, but these days, aston martins are from germany, and hondas are from canada and ohio. I'm glad to see mostly everything on the mini is still from england
