it sure is. it's pretty easy for them to do, and it makes you feel a little less like "a number." in other news, my mcs -- tentatively named "motley" -- has finished production, and is awaiting shipment. i wonder how long until we'll know what boats we're on? has anyone else finished yet? anyone destined for the new york vpc?

How many times a day is too many times to call?
Do you all have names picked out or are you waiting to "meet" your MINI before you decide on a name?

haha yeah ive called about 2 times a day or less (i had to hold myself back from more )
Actually i was thinking of a name awhile back and I ended up getting mine through my screename....so i am going with "Check"...some may not consider it a real name and that its a copy from "Coop" of "Hammer and Coop"...but i really just spontaneously came up with after i had done my display name of checkercoop (mainly because my mini will be black and white with a checkered theme)

As of yesterday afternoon when I called, mine should be completed either Friday or Saturday. I am limiting myself to 2 phones calls per day.

That is so funny! My son and I ordered Minis 2 days apart. We have been calling Mini and each other to see whose is getting done faster. Everybody thinks we are nuts, but it has been great fun kidding each other about it. My car was born on 10/8 and sailed on the Aida 10/9. Jason is gnashing his teeth as his was born 10/9 and will sail 10/12 on the Liberty. LOL

Wow, so you are saying your MINI shipped one day after finishing production? That's great. Mine finished production on the 10th and I sure hope it will ship on the Liberty on the 12th!
