After weeks of lingering on NAM, btw EVERYBODY HERE IS GREAT!!, my wife and I finally made the time goto a MINI dealer.

We made an appointment at South Bay Mini in Torrance, CA and met our MA Amanda. From the second we met, she was great!!! Took us out on a test drive, explained everything with detail and most importantly very patient with our needs and options.

We decided to go with a MC Auto.... can't get the MCS or get in stick ...the wife wears the pants

All we have to decide is the color combo and options..... I meant SHE has to decide. hahahaha

Just wanted to say THANKS to everyone here with all the useful information and knowledge and also to Amanda at South Bay Mini!!!!

Ah, the color, truly the toughest decision. It is also the one you can't get much help with because it has so much to do with individual preference. You might think about the color of Walter Pidgeon's Pants . . . I'm not sure it is out yet though.

 

Good News & Bad News.

Good News first... finally ordered the MC. My wife decided on the color and options. So in about 2 months we'll have our NEW Baby. Here is the breakdown off the top of head, MC Lightning Blue with White top, auto, checkered cloth seats, sports package, white lights and the BEST option, the CENTER ARM REST!!! woohoo

Bad News ...... I, ME, have to wait for the MINI altough our MA Amanda had a very similar one on the lot. Now our MA Amanda really knows who wears the pants.

Either or, getting a MINI and can't wait. Counting the days already!!!

Once again, our MA Amanda at South Bay MINI in Torrance, CA was AWESOME!!!! If you're in SoCal or anywhere and want a great MAand a great deal, gotta give Amanda a call, she is the GREATEST!!! Also, she'll show you about the "GAS TANK LID". (That was almost the deal breaker for us.... heehee ).

 

Sounds like a great spec. You'll love you new baby when it arrives. Better start planning the paint for the baby's room.
